IBS Membership Registration Agreement
1. 協議確認與接納 (Acceptance of Terms)
歡迎註冊成為國際商學院（IBS）官網（ibsgo.org）會員。本協議適用於所有註冊用戶（包括但不限於學生、教職員、招生代理及合作夥伴）。當您點擊「註冊」或使用本平台服務時，即表示您已閱讀並同意本協議之所有條款。
Welcome to the International Business School (IBS) official website (ibsgo.org). This agreement applies to all registered users (including students, faculty, agents, and partners). By clicking \"Register\" or using our services, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions herein.
2. 賬戶安全與義務 (Account Security & Obligations)
會員須提供真實、準確的個人信息。您應妥善保管賬號及密碼，任何通過您的賬號進行的操作均視為您本人行為。
Members must provide accurate personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities under your account will be deemed your own.
3. 分類授權規範 (Membership Categories & Authorization)
學術類會員： 須遵守教學大綱（Syllabus）及學術誠信準則，嚴禁剽竊或代寫。
商務類會員： 須遵循學院官方發布的招商政策與合規準則，嚴禁任何未經授權的虛假承諾或過度宣傳。
Category Compliance: Academic members must follow the Syllabus and Academic Integrity standards. Business partners must adhere to official recruitment policies and avoid unauthorized representations.
4. 知識產權保護 (Intellectual Property)
本網站所有內容（包括課程資料、PPT、研究文獻、品牌標識及系統界面）之知識產權均屬 IBS 或相關權利人所有。未經書面許可，會員不得下載、複製或用於商業用途。
All platform content (including courseware, PPTs, literature, and logos) is the intellectual property of IBS. Unauthorized downloading, reproduction, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
5. 財務與結算原則 (Financial & Settlement Principles)
各類會員涉及的財務往來（如學雜費繳納、代理佣金結算、酬金發放等）應嚴格依照該類型會員專屬的配套合同或補充協議執行，並通過官方指定渠道完成。
All financial transactions (including tuition, commissions, and remunerations) must follow the specific contracts or supplemental agreements associated with each membership category and be processed through official channels.
6. 隱私權保護 (Data Privacy)
學院尊重並保護會員隱私。我們將按照法律規定保護您的個人資料（如證件信息、成績單、合約記錄），除非法律要求或履行服務必要，否則不會向第三方洩露。
IBS is committed to data privacy. We protect your personal records (IDs, transcripts, contracts) in accordance with legal standards and will not disclose them to third parties without authorization or legal necessity.
7. 終止條款 (Termination)
若會員違反學術誠信、宣傳合規或法律法規，本院有權在不經預告的情況下凍結或註銷其會員資格，並保留追究法律責任的權利。
IBS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of academic integrity, compliance, or legal regulations without prior notice.
8. 協議修訂與法律管轄 (Amendments & Jurisdiction)
本協議之修訂權歸國際商學院所有。如有爭議，應優先通過友好協商解決；協商不成時，提交學院所在地具管轄權之法律機構裁決。
IBS reserves the right to amend this agreement. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly consultation or submitted to the competent legal authorities in the school\'s jurisdiction.
